Health Coaches: Are you trying to build your business all alone?

You’re smart and determined…but you keep running into roadblocks. I know how it goes.

Little things. Like choosing a photo for your Facebook page.

Big things. Like finding the confidence to charge fairly for your time.

You have a million questions but no one to ask. Your friends and family don’t understand. And hiring a business coach is out of the question. So here you are, treading water, getting nowhere fast.

Can you picture yourself actually enjoying health coaching again?

Michelle440x700You’ve stopped wasting time reading every piece of advice and started moving forward with your business. You’re feeling capable and supported.

You’re making good money.

And best of all, you can see where you’re headed and are having fun along the journey. Sure, you have good days and bad days. But now you have what you need to stay on track and keep after your dream.

When I started my health coaching business, I felt like I was working in a bubble.

My husband was supportive, but he didn’t understand my new entrepreneur world. Or why I was spending so much time on Facebook! And my friends had no idea what I was doing.

Once I had babies, it only got worse. I was sleep-deprived and barely had time to get my newsletter out. How could I come up with new ideas and grow my business?

That’s when I started building a community.

Once I connected with other coaches and mentors, I was able to get out of “stuck” mode. I had shoulders to lean on and finally felt understood.

The result was new ideas. New motivation. New perspective. Doing more with less time. Working smarter, not harder. I started focusing on projects that earned income and made me feel happy with my work again.

Have you tried getting support for your business?

You can find an accountability partner.
The problem is, she has the same problems that YOU have. And neither of you have answers so your phone calls aren’t very useful. Then she decides to do a yoga teacher training in Bali and you haven’t heard from her since. What’s up with that?

You can hire a coach.
Every coach needs a coach, right? Starts to feel that way. And you wonder…is this whole health coaching thing a scam? Anyway, even if you wanted a coach, you just don’t have the funds right now.

You can buy online courses.
Oh yes you can. There’s a course about everything. From how to use YouTube to grow your business to getting your online business degree. The problem is that these courses aren’t cheap, you could absolutely drown in too much information and you’re still working alone, questions unanswered, getting nowhere.

[expand title=”I’m still in school. Should I join?”] If you are currently enrolled at the Institute for Integrative Nutrition (or a similar program) you are welcome to join. However, I recommend waiting until you are at least halfway through the program and/or have started seeing practice clients.
[/expand] [expand title=”Should I join if I’ve been health coaching for awhile?”] This community is aimed at coaches with 0-3 years of experience. If you’ve been a health coach for more than 3 years and feel like you haven’t made much progress, or you’ve only been working part-time, you’d still be a good fit. But if you’ve been rocking and rolling for years now, you may be too advanced for this group.
[/expand] [expand title=”When are calls scheduled, and what if I miss them?”] Monthly calls are scheduled on one Thursday per month at 1pm Eastern Time (New York time). If you miss a call, the recordings will be available indefinitely so you can catch up. Plus, you’ll always have the opportunity to submit questions in advance.
[/expand] [expand title=”Can I cancel my membership?”] Yes. Payments already processed cannot be refunded, but you can cancel anytime right here.
